1. About the Masterclass

The 5 Steps to Princess Treatment Masterclass is a free educational event focused on personal standards, confidence, communication, boundaries, relationships, and related personal-development topics.

Registration is currently offered free of charge.

The Masterclass may include live teaching, exercises, interactive activities, an interactive game, bonus materials, and other educational content.

2. Eligibility

The Masterclass is intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Registration and Access

To participate in the Masterclass, you may be required to provide information including your name, email address, and WhatsApp number.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information so that we can send you access details, reminders, updates, and materials related to the Masterclass.

Access links and related materials are intended for the registered participant and should not be shared publicly or distributed without our permission.

4. Event Date, Availability, and Changes

We intend to conduct the Masterclass at the date and time advertised on the registration page.

However, circumstances may require us to modify the date, time, format, content, speakers, bonuses, or technical platform used for the Masterclass.

We may also postpone, reschedule, or cancel the Masterclass where reasonably necessary.

If a material change occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants using the contact information provided during registration.

5. Educational Purpose Only

The content reflects the speaker's educational approach, experience, perspectives, and personal-development methodology.

Nothing provided during the Masterclass should be understood as medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.

Participation in the Masterclass does not create a therapist-client, psychologist-client, doctor-patient, attorney-client, or other professional relationship.

6. Relationships and Personal Decisions

You remain solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, relationships, communications, boundaries, and personal circumstances.

8. Energy and Manifestation Practices

The Masterclass may include exercises or practices described using terms such as “energy practice,” “manifestation,” “receiving,” or similar personal-development or spiritual concepts.

These practices are offered as subjective personal-development or reflective experiences.

We do not represent or guarantee that such practices will cause any particular event to occur, influence another person's behavior, result in receiving gifts or money, create a relationship, or produce any specific physical, psychological, financial, or other outcome.

Participation in any such exercise is voluntary.

9. Interactive Game and Bonus Materials

Registration may include access to the interactive game “What’s Your Princess Treatment Level?” and other gifts, bonuses, exercises, or materials.

The game and its results are intended for entertainment, educational, and self-reflection purposes only.

Any result, category, score, description, or interpretation generated through the game should not be considered a psychological assessment, diagnosis, professional evaluation, or objective determination of your personality, relationships, or mental health.

We may modify, replace, or discontinue bonus materials where reasonably necessary.

10. WhatsApp Group and Communications

Registered participants may be offered the opportunity to join a WhatsApp group or community related to the Masterclass.

Participation in the WhatsApp group is voluntary.

If you join a group, information associated with your WhatsApp account may be visible to other participants depending on WhatsApp's functionality and your privacy settings.

Please use appropriate discretion when sharing personal information in any group environment.

We are not responsible for personal information that you voluntarily disclose to other participants or for independent communications between participants outside our control.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Masterclass and its materials, including presentations, videos, recordings, exercises, frameworks, text, graphics, games, worksheets, methods, and other original content, are owned by or licensed to Sechel Systems, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your registration gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Masterclass and materials for your own personal use.

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

• reproduce or distribute Masterclass materials;
• upload or republish recordings or materials;
• sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the content;
• share paid or restricted materials with third parties;
• present our original materials as your own; or
• use substantial portions of the Masterclass to create or distribute a competing product or service.

12. Recording

The Masterclass may be recorded.

If participant audio, video, name, image, comments, or other identifiable contributions may be included in a recording that we intend to distribute or use beyond what a participant would reasonably expect from attending the event, we will handle such use in accordance with applicable law and obtain any consent required by applicable law.

If you do not wish to appear or be heard, you should avoid voluntarily activating your camera or microphone or submitting personally identifying information in public areas of the Masterclass.

13. Participant Conduct

We want participants to be able to engage with the Masterclass in a respectful environment.

We may restrict or terminate access to the Masterclass or associated groups where a participant engages in harassment, threats, unlawful activity, deliberate disruption, unauthorized promotion or spam, infringement of intellectual property rights, or other seriously inappropriate conduct.

14. Third-Party Platforms

The Masterclass and related communications may use third-party services, including Tilda, Google services, SendPulse, WhatsApp, and the webinar platform used to host the live event.

Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for interruptions, outages, technical failures, or other circumstances caused by third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sechel Systems, LLC and its representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising solely from your participation in or reliance on the Masterclass.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.
